When I began practicing massage in the early 2000s, few people knew the many benefits of massage therapy. However, the profession is gaining credibility and respect as an important complement to Western medicine. This safe, enjoyable form of relaxation and therapy improves circulation, enhances the immune system, and relieves pain and stress. It can often help those who think they need medication or even surgery to alleviate pain.
I especially enjoy working with clients experiencing chronic neck, back and hip pain; headaches; fatigue; pregnancy aches and pains; and anxiety and depression.
